Direct booking.

In order to avoid additional fees (agencies and web services +20-30%), we offer you the possibility of direct booking.
Likewise, in order to secure ourselves, we ask for a 15% advance payment  as confirmation of the reservation. The advance payment refunds are possible up to 2 months before arrival, of course this does not apply to last minute reservations that are paid in full immediately or on arrival.
The rest of the amount must be paid no later than one month before arrival or otherwise if you have agreed with us.

 

In order to ensure mutual satisfaction, please notify us IMMEDIATELY of any change of reservations, payments, cancellations, etc.


Everything is included in the price of stay. Apart from damage to real estate and equipment for which you are responsible.

Use of everything on the property is at your own risk.

- la casa e ad uso esclusivo, NON si puo prendere solo una camera o una camera e cucina

- stagione estiva:   il prezzo NON CAMBIA in base al numero delle persone; 4 adulti + 2 bambini piccoli ( neonati, asilo...)       

- sconto esclusivamente per periodi di 10+ notti o bassa stagione - autunno inverno e primavera

- non affittiamo per festini e a minorenni senza adulti a seguito.

- SI : cani e gatti, giardino recintato, prendiamo anche cani di taglia gigante, anche 3-4-5animali senza problemi.
